Kimberbell Cuties - Kimberbell has created an adorable set of table toppers (one for each month January through June) that you can create with machine embroidery.  You can purchase the design CD and fabric kits separately or you can choose to purchase them as an entire program at a discounted rate of $199.95.




Woven Spiral Bowl Class - Friday, November 11.  In this class we will create a cute bowl that is "woven" with fabrics.  You can embellish it as you choose.  You will also choose your own fabrics for this class.  The cost of the class is $47.00 and includes the fabric, stabilizer and pattern




Tote Bag Class - Tuesday, November 15.  This class will have you construct a cute little tote bag that has tons of uses.  And it's insulated so you can use is as a lunch bag tote.  It is a quilt as you go project and uses a great system that make zippers really easy.  You'll choose your own fabrics so you can personalize it for yourself or as gift with someone else in mind.  The cost is $42.50 and includes all supplies.




Unfinished Projects Week - November 28th thru December 2nd  Overwhelmed by all of the projects that you haven't completed yet? You can sign up for as many days as you like this week and come in and have dedicated time to work on them.  No meals to make, no laundry to do and certainly no toilets to clean!  We had a great time doing this with our Kimberbell projects and wanted all of our customers to have that great feeling of getting their projects completed!  The cost is $20 per day and will include snacks, beverages and lunch.


Demo December - It's back! We LOVE Demo December as it's our chance to give you a project - FREE.  How does it work?  You stop into the shop once a week and watch the demonstration we have planned (all products that we demo are 20% off).  If you come all 3 weeks you will receive a free project.  We have one project that is for the sewists and one that is for machine embroiderers.  They are both adorable.  You won't want to miss out on this!  Here are the dates:  Week 1:  Wednesday November 30 or Friday December 2   Week 2:  Wednesday December 7 or Friday December 9   Week 3:  Wednesday December 14 or Friday December 16.

Kimberbell Garden Guild Event - Friday, December 9  This is a machine embroidery event.  You may remember this event as we have hosted it previously.  But this time we've got a couple of perks that go along with it!  For hosting this event in December Kimberbell is sending a A LOT of great Kimberbell products that we get to give to you as prizes for attending.  The other perk is that you sign up for the class, refer a friend and have them attend the class and you will then receive a $20 credit.  You will create 3 adorable projects in this one day event.



Bench Pillow of the Mont Club - Begins January 2023  Riley Blake has created a bench pillow for each month of the year.  You will receive one kit each month beginning in January.  The first kit to arrive will be the April bench pillow so you've got plenty of time to complete the project before April.  You can subscribe to the entire 12 months at a discounted rate.  Or, if we have kits available you can purchase them individually.  Call or stop into the shop for more information.



2023 January Retreat - January 26th through 29th  We are once again hosting a sewing retreat at the Shalom Center in Dubuque.  You will bring any of your own projects that you want to work on along with your machine and sewing supplies  The price includes your room (if you plan to stay overnight) and 2 meals each day (brunch at 11 and supper at 5).  There are 4 options to attend:  Stay from Thursday through Sunday - $285.00.  Stay from Friday through Sunday - $215.00.  Commute each day Thursday through Sunday - $220.00.  Commute each day Friday through Sunday - $180.00

We also have lots of new quilts, kits and projects in the shop for you to see.  Many are Christmas related, but we also have a lot that are not holiday themed.
